Vajraratna works on enquiry, not a shopping cart. This page is the buying process in plain language.
1. Browse the stone
Use white, fancy, or black collections, or the full catalog. Each listing is a specific certified diamond, not a generic SKU.
2. Enquire
Tap Enquire on WhatsApp (+91 75738 83382), use the contact form, or register if you need broader catalog access. Tell us the SKU or send the product link.
3. Quote
We confirm whether the stone is available, share certificate details for that piece, and send a private quote. Quotes are not published as a public price list. They can change if the stone is reserved or the market moves before you accept.
4. Payment and dispatch
After you accept a quote we confirm payment instructions. We arrange insured dispatch. Timelines depend on the stone, paperwork, and destination — India and worldwide. We will give you an estimate for your order, not a generic shipping clock on the website.
Returns
Loose certified diamonds are quoted as specific stones. If something is wrong with the piece versus the agreed certificate and quote, contact us immediately and we will resolve it. Fashion-jewellery “change of mind” returns do not apply to a reserved certified diamond unless we agree that in writing before dispatch.
No CVD
We do not sell lab-grown, CVD, or HPHT diamonds. If you need that category, this catalog is not the right desk.
